Joe Growth works within the Business Model Canvas with the Value Proposition Canvas to identify the Customer Profile: Jobs to be Done, Customer Gains and Pains, to make sure these are congruent with the products or services being delivered to the market.   First, we identify external risk, the current business model and value proposition.   From there we identify alternatives and continue to develop a variety of creative ways to go to market, optimizing revenues and relationships.
